From the given information L is at 13^th position from bottom.

There are total 30 students. So, rank of L from top is 18^th.

So, statement I alone is sufficient.

Statement II. The rank of Q’s is 2^nd from the top and there are 15 students between Q and L.

Rank of L from Top will be 2 + 15 + 1 = 18^th

So, statement II alone is sufficient.

Hence, the data either in statement I alone or in statement II are sufficient to answer the question.
