Domicile Candidates who belong to the state as a permanent citizen of the state shall be given a preference while devising the Jharkhand APO result list. The candidate who belongs to Jharkhand state or is born here or has spent at least 10 years in the state. Also, those who have completed classes 10 or 12 from the schools based in the state shall be also considered as the domicile of the state. These candidates shall also be eligible to avail of the relaxation applicable for the different categories.
