Step 4: Choose “I forgot my application number”.

• Candidates Name
• Mother’s Name
• Father’s Name
• Date of Birth
• State of Eligibility
• Security PIN (Captcha)

Step 6: Click on Submit Button.

Step 7: Your Application Number will be displayed on the screen.

To get your Application Number for the first time, you have to Register for the JEE Main. Visit the JEE Main official website and click on “Register for JEE Main”. How to recover a forgotten JEE Main Password?

If you forget your Password, no need to panic, below are some steps you need to follow to retrieve your forgotten Password.

Step 1: First, you have to visit the JEE Main official website. 

Step 2: In the Candidate Login window, click on the link “I can’t access my account”.

Step 3: A dialogue box appears, click on the “I forget my Password” radio button.

Step 4: A new page will be generated with, 'Options available for resetting your Password.' 

Step 5: u can choose the option you are comfortable answering. 

Step 6: Suppose you choose 'Using Security Question & its Answer you chose during Form filling' and press continue. In that case, a new page will open. Enter the following details:

• The application number.
• Security Question- that you selected earlier while filling out the form. Please provide the answer to it.
• Insert the security pin.
• Complete filling up the above information and click submit

Step 7: You can now change the Password, try to remember your newly formed Password.
