The Application Number is an identification number that uniquely identifies a candidate. It is advisable to note down your Application number and keep it safe with you. Step 1: Go to the JEE Main Official Website.
Step 2: Click on Login Page Link.
Step 3: Now click on “I Can’t Access My Account?”.
Step 4: Choose “I forgot my application number”.
Step 5: Now, Fill in the following details -
Step 6: Click on Submit Button.
Step 7: Your Application Number will be displayed on the screen.

To get your Application Number for the first time, you have to Register for the JEE Main. Visit the JEE Main official website and click on “Register for JEE Main”. After the completion of your Registration, the Application Number will be displayed on the screen and you will get it on the email as well.

Step 3: A dialogue box appears, click on the “I forget my Password” radio button.
Step 4: A new page will be generated with, 'Options available for resetting your Password.'
Step 5: u can choose the option you are comfortable answering.
Step 6: Suppose you choose 'Using Security Question & its Answer you chose during Form filling' and press continue. In that case, a new page will open. Enter the following details:
Step 7: You can now change the Password, try to remember your newly formed Password.
