Given: 21 * 3 * 36 * 2 * 23 = 68

Replacing * to × − ÷ +

21 × 3 - 36 ÷  2 + 23 = 68

First, we perform division from left to right:

21 × 3 - 18 + 23 = 68

Second, we perform the multiplication 

63 - 18 + 23 = 68

Next, we perform the addition and subtraction from left to right:

86 -18 = 68
