We know that the radius and tangent are perpendicular at their point of contact.
So,
∠PAO = ∠PBO = 90°
So,
∠AOB = 360 - 54 - 180
⇒ 126°
Also AO = OB = Radius
So, ∠OAB = ∠OBA = 54/2
