Let the efficiency of Bitt be 10a
So, efficiency of Anju = 10a × 130%
⇒ 13a
So, total work = 13a × 23

If they both work then time = 299a/(13a + 10a)
⇒ 299a/23a
⇒ 299/23
⇒ 13
