प्रयुक्त सूत्र:
किसी सम बहुभुज के सभी कोणों का योग = (n - 2)× 180
गणना:
एक षट्भुज (n = 6) में आंतरिक कोणों का योग
⇒ (6 - 2)× 180
⇒ 720o
प्रश्नानुसार,
पाँच कोणों की मापों का योग 116° × 5 = 580° हैं।
शेष कोण = 720° - 580°
⇒ 140°
∴ शेष कोण की माप 140o है।
