Apply KCL at node 1

\(\ {\frac{18-V_{1}}{6} + 1 = \frac{V_{1}}{6} + \frac{V_{1}-V_{2}}{3}}\)   (1)

Apply KCL at node 2

\(\ {\frac{V_{1}-V_{2}}{3} = 1 + \frac{V_{2}}{6} + \frac{V_{2}-12}{6}}\)    (2)

Calculation

\(4V_{1}-2V_{2}=24\)   (3)
