অপটো-কাপলার হল একটি ইলেকট্রনিক উপাদান যা দুটি বিচ্ছিন্ন সার্কিটের মধ্যে বৈদ্যুতিক সংকেত স্থানান্তর করে। একে অপটো-আইসোলেটর, ফটোকপলার বা অপটিক্যাল আইসোলেটরও বলা হয়।
