PFRDA Assistant Manager 2025 Selection Process

The PFRDA Assistant Manager Selection Process 2025 is designed to assess candidates through a structured and competitive evaluation. The process typically involves multiple stages, including an online examination and an interview. Stage-I - Online Test-I (85% weightage)

It will be an online objective test consisting of two papers - Paper I containing questions on English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Awareness and Paper II containing subject specific questions. Both papers will be of 100 marks each for a total of 200 marks.

Stage-II - Online Test-II (Intermediate stage)

Shortlisted candidates from Stage-I will be called for another online objective test of 200 marks consisting of Paper I of English Language test and Paper II containing subject specific questions.

Stage-III - Interview (15% weightage)

Candidates who qualify both Online Test-I and II will be shortlisted for interview round which will be of 15% weightage. Interview will be conducted in either Hindi or English as opted by candidate to assess their suitability for the post. Final selection will be based on combined performance in all three stages.

PFRDA Assistant Manager 2025 Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must meet the official PFRDA Assistant Manager Eligibility specified in the official notification released by the PFRDA. The maximum age limit to apply is 30 years as on July 31, 2025. Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC categories is available. Candidates must have a full time Masters degree in any discipline from a recognized university for general stream. For other streams like Finance & Accounts, candidates require a degree/diploma in CA/CFA/CS. The educational qualification varies for different streams as specified in the detailed notification. Applicants must be Indian citizens to be eligible.

PFRDA Assistant Manager 2025 Syllabus

Candidates must carefully review the PFRDA Assistant Manager Syllabus & Exam Pattern in order to be fully prepared for the Assistant Manager exam. The syllabus includes common subjects like Economics, Finance, Statistics as well as specialized subjects for each stream. The selection process includes two online objective tests in two stages.
