Figure group (1, 3 and 9) have a small shape inside the bigger shape so they form a group.

Figure group (2, 5 and 6) have 2 lines inside them that are dividing them in 4 parts. So, they form a group.

Figure group (4, 7 and 8) all have two shape, a bigger shape and a smaller similar shape. So, they form a group.

Hence the correct group is (1, 3, 9), (2, 5, 6), (4, 7, 8).
