Area of circle = π(radius)2
Calculation:
According to the question,
Area of the circle - area of rectangle = 40000
Using the above formula
⇒ πr2 - (120 × 180) = 40000
⇒
⇒ r2 =
⇒ r2 = (140)2
⇒ r = 140
∴ The radius of the circle is 140 m.
