Digital signal: Signal is continuous in time but discrete in amplitude. Discrete in amplitude means the signal cannot have multiple amplitude values. It can be a 1 or 0.

Discrete signal: Signal is discrete In time but continuous in amplitude. A sampling of analog signals gives to discrete signals.

Basically, Discrete signals are the sampled values of continuous-time signals i.e. when a continuous signal is sampled at instants in the time axis then that is a discrete signal

Digital signals are then quantized values that is it is sampled both in time and amplitude.
