Cannot determine the number of people in the queue.

From Statement II: A man is 20^th from the center of the queue.

Cannot determine the number of people in the queue.

From Statement III: A man is 7^th from the end and 17th from the beginning.

From only statement III, we can find the total number of people in the queue:

A man is 7th from the end so there are 6 persons after the man + 17^th from the beginning so there are 16 persons before the man + the man himself = 6 + 16 + 1 = 23
