The Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) is an annual exam for students willing to gain admission to diploma courses in engineering and non-engineering fields in Telangana's polytechnic institutions. Conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), this exam is a gateway to various diploma programmes across the state.

The registration process for TS POLYCET 2025 has begun. The portal was made live on March 19, 2025, for accepting online applications at polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in. The last application date is April 19, 2025, without a late fee payment. Late applications will be charged separately.

TS POLYCET 2025 Exam Dates

The application process for TS POLYCET 2025 began on March 19th. Candidates must submit their applications by April 19th. However, those who miss the deadline can still apply by paying a late fee of ₹100 until April 21st. There is also a Tatkal option available, allowing candidates to apply until April 23rd by paying an additional Tatkal fee of ₹300.

TS POLYCET Application Fee

Application fees for the TS POLYCET 2025 can only be paid online through the payment portals for credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. The application fee for SC/ST candidates is ₹250, while other candidates need to pay ₹500. If applicants fail to submit their forms on time, they must pay an extra fee depending on when they apply. Make sure to complete the application within the given deadlines to avoid additional charges.

Step 1: Visit the official website of TS POLYCET.

Step 2: Click on ‘Pay Application Fee’ and enter your basic details and mode of payment for the application fee.

Step 3: Keep a screenshot of the fee receipt after paying the application fee.

Step 4: Click on ‘Fill Application Form’ and log in to your registered account.

Step 5: The TS POLYCET Application Form will open, and the candidate will have to fill the same. No option can be left blank.

Step 6: Take a printout of the form after clicking on the ‘Print’ button alongside.

TS POLYCET Eligibility Criteria

The candidates need to satisfy the TS POLYCET Eligibility Criteria in order to apply for this exam.

• There are no Age Limits Criteria for the TS POLYCET examination. The candidates, however, have some restrictions with regard to their age when applying for the scholarship. 
• Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics as one of their mandatory subjects in their qualifying examination. 
• Candidates must have qualified for their 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board with at least 35% marks.
• The candidate applying must be a citizen of India to be eligible to sit for the TS POLYCET exam.
• There is no limit to the number of attempts to apply for TS POLYCET 2025. Candidates can apply for the same as many times as they want, provided they fulfill the other required criteria.

• Don't fill incorrect test centres. Under no circumstances will the centre that has already been assigned be modified.
