Haryana Staff Selection Commission has released the notification for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC). Selection of the candidates is based on the performance in the Written Exam which is going to be held for 100 marks. HSSC UDC Exam Pattern 2023
Candidates must check the HSSC UDC Exam Pattern before starting the preparation for the computer-based exam. The candidates will be selected for the post based on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test followed by Computer Skill Test/Typing Test. The HSSC UDC exam pattern is shared below:
- The test paper shall be bilingual i.e Hindi & English
- The overall duration of the test will be 2 hours.
- The total number of questions of the HSSC UDC will be 100.
- ¼ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

The HSSC UDC has the following weightage:
- 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, English, Hindi, etc. (the word, etc. means and includes concerned relevant subjects).
- 25 % weightage for the History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture, etc. of Haryana.

The HSSC UDC application process has commenced on 15th April 2023. The last date to apply online is 5th May 2023 The new application dates will be announced shortly.
