இப்போது,
2x + 5 = 2y + 1
⇒ 2y - 2x = 5 - 1
⇒ 2(y - x) = 4
⇒ y - x = 2 ----(1)
மற்றும், 2y - 6 = x + 3
⇒ 2y - x = 3 + 6
⇒ 2y - x = 9 ----(2)
சமன்பாடு (1) ஐ சமன்பாடு (2) இலிருந்து கழித்தல்
2y - x - y + x = 9 - 2
⇒ y = 7
சமன்பாடு (1) இலிருந்து,
x = 5
இணைகரத்தின் பக்கம் = 2x + 5 = 2 × 5 + 5 = 15
மற்றும், x + 3 = 5 + 3 = 8
