According to the given statements, the Venn diagram is:
           

I. All pen are rubber: All rubbers are pens but some pens are tables too, therefore not all pen are rubber. So conclusion doesn't follow.

II. All table are pen: Some tables are pen and some tables are rubber too, and some tables are not both of them, thus not all tables are pen. So conclusion don't follow.

III. No rubber is table: All rubbers are pen and all pens are tables, therefore all rubbers are table. So the conclusion doesn't follow.

Since all three conclusions don't follow.

Hence, the correct answer is option 4.
