The least possible Venn diagram for the given statements is as shown below :

Conclusions:

I. Some tables are beds → Does not follow (As some chairs are beds, all chairs are sofas and no sofa is a table. So it is possible but not definite.)

II. No table is a chair → Follow (As all chairs are sofas and no sofa is a table. As whole chairs comes in sofas which cannot be tables, therefore, table cannot be chair is true) 

III. Some sofas are beds → Follow (As some chairs are beds and all chairs are sofas. As some parts of beds is common with chairs which whole comes in sofas, therefore, some sofas are beds is true.)

∴ Here, Both conclusions II and III follow.

Hence, the correct answer is "Both conclusions II and III follow"
