All-purpose flour, 1-2 egg, 1 cup of Boneless chicken, ½ tsp of Red chili flakes, 1–2 finely chopped Green chilies, 1 cup of finely grated cheese, breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves, ½ tsp of Black pepper, 1 Boiled & mashed potatoes, Oil, salt.

In the first step, take a medium bowl and mix the cheese, shredded chicken, green chilies, mashed potatoes (if using), spices, and coriander. Combine well.

Next, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, then dip in egg, roll in flour, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Now you'll refrigerate the coated balls for at least 15-20 minutes. This will help them hold shape while deep frying.

Take a pan and heat it over a medium flame. Then heat oil and deep fry the balls until it turns crispy, golden, and aromatic on both sides.

Once you are done with the above steps, now all you need to do is drain the excessive oil on paper towels and serve hot with mayo, ketchup, or any of your favorite dip. Enjoy!
