OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch of the upcoming Nord 5 and Nord Ce5. As per the spec sheet that has been revealed and the recent camera spec revelation, it seems that the Nord 5 would be a feature loaded smartphone. A slew of recent leaks have revealed that the phone would be equipped with camera specs that are often found with flagship phones like the One Plus 13 and even the Galaxy S-25 Ultra.
OnePlus has announced that it would be equipped with a 50Mp Sony LYT-700 main Camera Sensor. This would be the same lens that is placed on the OnePlus 13R model. Beyond that a report from Android Headlines has revealed that the camera module would be supported by Assisted OIS and the OnePlus HDR algorithm.
The second sensor on the rear of the phone would be a much more ordinary 8MP ultra wide sensor. The phone would not have a telephoto sensor or any other feature like that.
The rear camera sensor would not be the only addition worth talking about , as the brand is also planning to equip the front facade of the phone with a 50MP Samsung Isocell JN5 front Facing Camera with the ability to focus on multiple subjects simultaneously. Samsung’s latest Ultra flagship devices have this camera sensor in the rear housing.
The phone would have a vertical dual camera island on the back along with a Punch-Hole design for the front camera sensor that would be placed on the Top-Left Corner. The right side would be reserved for the volume rocker and power button while, the left side would feature an action button. Beyond that , a recent video has also revealed that the phone would launched in a new colorway with a tampered a marble like appearance.

A slew of reports by various outlets including Android Headlines have indicated that the OnePlus Nord 5 would have a 6.83 inch FHD+ Amoled display with IP65 protection. Beyond that the phone would be equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor , supported by 12GB Ram, and up to 512 GB of internal storage. The Phone would possibly be equipped with a 7000 mAh battery along with a 880W charging apparatus. The Phone would break cover soon on July 8th.

OnePlus Nord Ce5 India Launch
Both the Nord 5 and the Ce 5 would be launched on july 8 at 2:00Pm, the CE-5 base variant is expected to be priced at Rs 25,000, the Nord 5 being a mid segment phone would be priced higher than the 25k mark. The Ce5 would possibly be equipped with a 6.77 inch AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2392×1080 pixels. The phone would be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, with 8GB of RAM and two storage options, a 128 Gb variant along with a 256Gb variant.
It’s possible that the Nord Ce5 would feature a 50Mp primary sensor with an 8mp Ultra Wide lens and a 16Mp selfie shooter. The phone might further be equipped with a 5,200 mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging.
