Residents of Noida can take a breath of relief. For those waiting for another plot scheme from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), in a new scheme launched by YEIDA there are now plots available in YEIDA City, which means you can buy plots in a number of sectors in Noida, including Sector 18, Sector 22D and Sector 17. The full details on the scheme has been placed on the YEIDA website. The closing date for registration is this month.
YEIDA launching New Plot Scheme
The registration process for YEIDA’s new plot scheme began on May 9, 2025 and is scheduled to end on June 10, 2025. To apply, interested applicants must register by 5 PM on June 10. Once the registration period ends, YEIDA will publish the list of all qualified applicants on June 25, 2025 on YEIDA’s official website. Following this, the e-auction of the plots will take place at 11 AM on June 27, 2025.
Available Sizes And Locations Of Plots
The plots are available in Noida’s Sector 18, Sector 22D, and Sector 17, and have different plot sizes and prices. Sector 18 plots consist of plots measuring 16,188 square feet, and have a processing fee of ₹500,000 + 18% GST. Together with a processing fee of ₹500,000, there are Sector 17 plots which are 12,141 square feet. There are several sizes of plots in Sector 22D ranging from 20,235 to 135,574.5 square feet; the processing fee is the same for any size.
Payment Terms
Once the applicants receive their allotment letter they must pay 40% of the total price of the plot within 60 days after taking the discount amount of whatever they paid prior to bidding. If they do not pay within 60 days they will encounter penalties and could cancel the allotment and they will not get their initial deposit back. The prices for the large plot sizes range from ₹ 8 crore to 81 crores.
